ACTIVE MUSCLE LENGTHENING WITH FLEXX

Combining the teachings of yoga and Pilates, the latest sports medicine training therapy and many years of experience from sports and health centers, our first training step  increases your mobility range and improves your  posture, compensating the areas that have excessive tension and warming up the opposite areas for strength training.Modern life has made us immobile and is causing pain in the back and joints. At work, in the car, at the table and TV - we curl up even while we sleep. The result: our muscles increasingly adapt to this posture and the shortening chest and abdominal muscles become noticeable through tension in the back and neck. More than 80% of back and joint pain is also due to shortened muscles!


 

With this module,  shortened muscles are specifically trained and strengthened and back and joint pain is significantly reduced within a few training sessions. Your well-being will be increased, your figure tightened and your blood circulation optimized, as the exercises work like a lymphatic drainage. This also detoxifies connective tissue and muscles.

Our devices software has been developed by Zurich ETH and they offer 9 different modules depending on your objectives. These intelligent devices will take you a long way! They contain 8 different programs and they set up themselves for your individual needs. Every program is subdivided in 4 different training methods to guarantee muscle effort and maximize your best results.
